Deliciously Yorkshire Taste Awards 'Best Yorkshire Breakfast 2016 and 2017'.

CORVID 19 Update. In order to follow social distancing guidelines, breakfast will be pre-ordered and served in the dining room one room at a time at a set time.There will be no buffet service but we are aiming to give you as much choice as before, but served to you in individual portions.

As winners of Deliciously Yorkshire's Taste Awards 'Best Yorkshire Breakfast' 2016 and 2017, you'll understand when we say we take food seriously and are dedicated to supporting sustainable, environmentally conscious and most importantly, locally based producers. Your breakfast is not only healthy and ‘Fair-Trade’ but actively supports the local community.

So while you enjoy our award winning breakfast, you will be pleased to know that all our produce is sourced locally or is home made. Check our breakfast page for more details!

We cater for most dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten and dairy free and offer gluten free bread, cereals, sausages, cakes, soya milk and dairy free yogurt and spread.

You can also enjoy a freshly prepared picnic lunch made using locally sourced produce which can be ordered the evening before.

As part of the measures we've had to put in place to reduce transmission of the Coronavirus, we are not able to serve afternoon tea but we will leave you some cake to enjoy in your room on your arrival.

'If you are cold, tea will warm you;
if you are heated, it will cool you;
if you are depressed, it will cheer you;
if you are exhausted, it will calm you.'

William Gladstone
